Amazing post — for anyone who wants to learn Qur’anic Arabic
Sometimes it is important to make it known the value of certain things so that people become aware of it, appreciate it and use it.
Ustadh Nouman’s lectures definitely sparked my interest in Balagha but I must say what changed me was enrolling in a Quraan class run by Al Huda Institute (online) 2-3 years ago. It changed the seasons of my heart by the Mercy of Allah SWT and I think it sowed the seeds of love for the Quraan in my initially feeble and somewhat sick heart. And that was just by attending it for 3-4 months. Alhamdolilah, Allah SWT’s knowledge strengthened me as a Muslimah (emotionally & spiritually) and ever since that day I haven’t looked back and regretted anything in my life. The lectures are available right here. The lectures on ‘Word Break-up’ are very interesting. The whole program is designed by Dr. Farhat Hashmi and are under her supervision. However, it is taught by Ustadha Taiymiyyah Zubair. For more info on courses, feel free to visit this weblink or contact me inshaa’Allah. Many students of knowledge such as Sh. Kamal el Mekki, Sh. Riad Ourzazi, Sh. Saeed Rageah, Sh. Muhammad al Shareef, Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan, Qari Wissam Sherief and so on recommend Al Huda Institute for women! I have heard some of them by my own ears say that LIVE while others in certain recorded lectures of theirs.
Interesting fact for all those Bayyinah fans out there (I’m one too by the way so don’t get me wrong): there’s only one female teacher (acc. to my limited knowledge) who teaches at the Al Bayyinah Institute and she has studied from Al Huda Institute. She teaches root words and basic Arabic linguistics. So there. If you don’t get a chance to go to that Dream Program, you have tons of other opportunities. Seek relief & comfort in that if you’re truly seeking Allah SWT’s Pleasure! :) You don’t gain knowledge only by attending Islamic University of Madinah, Umm Al Qurra, Al Huda Institute, Fajr Institute or Bayyinah. There are many other opportunities available inshaa’Allah so never ever give up your goals!
That was just a short ‘press conference’ for 2 sisters who told me right about the same day that they wish to attend the Bayyinah Dream Program but are facing certain challenges. Interestingly, they’re continents apart but they have similar issues. This is also for those who have doubts regarding Al Huda Institute. There seems to be propaganda everywhere about several Institutes nowadays. We must take from the right sources and while we do that, we must keep in mind that no Institute, program, teacher is perfect. We must take the good and leave the bad!
May Allah SWT make it easy for us our goals and increase us in beneficial knowledge.Ameen!
Wasalamu ‘alaykum warahmatullah,
